Meet the Team
Lee Noble
Lee formed the practice in 2002, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Lee sadly confesses that he enjoys the world of accountancy! Lee originally trained with a 'Big 4' accountancy practice and has wide commercial experience including start-ups, turnarounds and re-financing situations, along with strategic acquisition advice. Lee's hobbies include sailing, some would say, the farther the better!
Lynda
A glutton for punishment, Lynda has worked with Lee in three previous organisations. Lynda has yet to make a mistake (or so she tells us!). A loyal member of the team, Lynda's skills include the ability to solve any problem, even the fiendish Su Doku puzzles!
Paula
Paula has been with Sterling Financial since 2002 and provides a touch of glamour to the office. Paula makes sure everything runs smoothly and her hobbies include shopping and more shopping. She has yet to be seen in OK magazine!
Kaley
Kaley has joined Sterling Financial as our first trainee following our approval as an 'Institute of Chartered Accountants' training office. Kaley hails from Bristol and her hobbies include keep fit; she is a 'teetotaller'; a student who doesn't drink; well there's a first!
Emma
After an illustrious career in taxation Emma now works for one of the big four in Shenstone! Emma now manages the tax affairs for many of our clients.
Hetal
Hetal is another accountancy trainee who doesn’t drink, but don’t worry the rest of us are working hard to keep up the averages.
Georgina
Georgina usually wins the Sterling Financial annual persistence award for her tenacity with chasing up HMRC correspondence, Watch out!
Claire
Claire provides accountancy and administrative support; we know any work is in good hands with Claire’s ability to juggle a whole range of tasks, apart from when she’s dreaming about Jenson Button.
Karen
Karen is an extremely hard working individual and very reliable, but always seems to have time for a round of golf!
Sam
Sam admits she loves work and is always the first to arrive; rumour has it, she never sleeps and uses the night to bury her head into a Terry Pratchett book.
Greg
Greg is our very own international jet setter, having travelled all over the world. Greg now has a love for accountancy and his car, oh yes, and Leicester Tigers Rugby Club!
John
John has gone from professional footballer to entrepreneur of the year, not bad! Renowned for never standing still John has launched many successful ventures including the Holiday Hypermarket and Travel Factory.
Clare
After over 20 years in the marketing industry Clare still loves her job. She is simply an idea generator that does not stop thinking, and talking.
Tom
Tom is our regular marketing wonder, he has an amazing ability to deliver brilliant campaigns and is the backbone of the marketing team, and he also has a knack for talking!
Jamie Cook
Squadron Leader Jamie looks after all matters IT related and we have yet to find a problem he cannot solve. Jamie has recently passed his pilot's licence and is the proud father of twins, Lorna and Nathan.
